Starbucks Coffee Company

The service was very slow and the music so loud it hurt my ears. I've noticed that's a trend across many Starbucks. Too many young kids in their 20s are management and don't seem to understand that it's supposed to be background atmosphere. Until 5 or 6 years ago, the music played at Starbucks stores was a bit eclectic, but not super upbeat, and definitely not so loud. It wouldn't be so bad if the volume was down 50%. I asked them to turn it down, but they did not. They were in their own little world and didn't show any empathy toward my comfort. When I arrived in the store, there were two 20-somethings running the entire place. By the time I left 15-20 minutes later, four people were there. If two people were on break at the same time, I don't think it was a good plan. Being as I considering I had to wait so long, and listen to loud music, I was hoping my drink would be amazing, unfortunately, it tasted pretty bad. I know it's partly due to the fact that Starbucks caved to the diabetics, and changed to a sugar-free Chai mix, but it tasted worse than usual. All in all, this was a pretty big strikeout! See WallStreet Journal's & YT vloggers review on SBUX. They became commoditized (particularly the drive thru business), only focused on maximizing corporate profits. They lost the good old fahioned coffee shop experience.

I had a disappointing experience here. The employees had a bad attitude, and when I politely asked one of them to throw something away for me, they refused.

Came in and was immediately greeted and I don’t go to Starbucks often so I asked about the iced tea options and was told by Trevor the different flavors and flavors I can infuse. Kylie was checking me out I placed my order and she was extremely helpful and kind I really appreciate it since I am a blue collar worker and I work long hours definitely will be back thank you both made my day

Ugh, I got a matcha latte this morning, and it was seriously the worst I've ever had! It wasn't even mixed properly, so there were clumps of powder. And to top it off, there was a long hair stuck to the cup's sticker. Makes you wonder about their quality control and hygiene, right?
